Cancellation/Payment Policy: Registered students who desire to drop/cancel their position in the class must do so in writing via email to dan@ldconsulting.com a minimum of three weeks (21 days) prior to the start of class or they may be charged the full registration price and/or be required to pre-pay for future classes. This is necessary so that potential students have ample time to fill the vacated position. *ALL students are ultimately financially responsible for payment of training fees should problems arise with their preferred method of payment.
Phoenix, AZ. City Employees: Classes HOSTED by the Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association (PPSLA) may be attended and DIRECT PAYMENT made to PPSLA. Additionally, Phoenix City employees may pay for classes by cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard up front and request reimbursement from the City of Phoenix upon receiving a receipt from PPSLA on the first day of class. Classes that do not say "HOSTED BY PPSLA " are NOT eligible for use of Blue Card training funds. Travel expenses: LD Consulting is unable to reimburse for any non-refundable, non-changeable airline tickets in case of class cancellation. We recommend that you purchase your tickets no more than 45 days prior to the class and before purchasing contact Dan Olson to insure the class has sufficient enrollment at dan@ldconsultingllc.com or 602-510-8481.
